What a great way to start the new year. Saveur magazine's Jan/Feb 20th Anniversary Edition came out not too long ago, and it features their favorite places, tools, ingredients, cookbooks etc.The Pike Place Fish guys were featured as one of the top seafood markets in the WORLD. The magazine only named three other fish markets (in London, Toyko and Sydney). I'm always so proud of the guys. They really do deserve the honor.
