I don't think I've mentioned it before, but Anders and I are in the cattle business. We have a tiny operation consisting of 2 cows named Uno Mas and Kelsey. Our cows live in IL and are under the watchful eye of my little brother and Dad who actually know a thing or two about cows since they have their own, much larger operation and have been doing it a few years longer than Anders and I. Just a few...
I was in town visiting family last weekend, so I stopped in to check on our babies. Speaking of babies, both of our cows *might* be pregnant. We won't know for another month, but that means we could technically have 4 cows. Very exciting!
Also, when I showed my Grandma these pictures she told me I looked like a "rich bitch farmer," which I find hilarious. If I had known I was going to be checking on cows, I would have at least worn boots.
This is Uno Mas
And the cow on the far left is Kelsey. The others belong to my brother and Dad.
So far, this little investment has been really fun for Anders and I. And also educational. I know more about cow breeding than I ever cared to. Ha!
